Is Oriana Tattoo Academy licensed?

Yes. Oriana Tattoo Academy is licensed by the Florida Department of Education, ensuring our programs meet state standards for professional training.

Do I need experience to enroll in tattoo school?

No prior experience is needed. Our programs are designed for complete beginners and teach you step by step inside a real working tattoo studio in Miami Beach.

How long does it take to become a tattoo artist in Miami?

Our Professional Tattoo Artist Program is 6 weeks (180 hours) and our Advanced Program is 18 weeks (600 hours). Both are hands-on and designed to get you working with real clients as quickly as possible.

What programs does Oriana Tattoo Academy offer?

We offer four programs: Professional Tattoo Artist (6 weeks), Advanced Tattoo Artist (18 weeks), Professional Body Piercing (2 weeks), and Permanent Makeup (5 weeks). All programs are taught inside our premium Miami Beach studio.

Are payment plans available for tattoo school?

Yes. We offer flexible payment plans and financing options to make our programs accessible to all students. You can apply for financing here.

Where is Oriana Tattoo Academy located?

We are located at 219 71st St, Miami Beach, FL 33141. We're open 7 days a week from 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Walk-ins are welcome, or you can book a tour in advance.

Does Oriana offer job placement after graduation?

Yes. We provide career support including portfolio development and job placement opportunities. Many of our graduates begin working with clients before they even finish the program.

When do new classes start?

New classes start every week. You don't have to wait for a new semester. Contact us or book a tour and we'll help you find the start date that works best for your schedule.

What is included in the programs?

All programs include synthetic practice skin, stencil materials, online curriculum access, in-person instruction, hands-on practical training, a certificate of completion, job placement assistance, and lifetime community access. See the full list on our Programs page.

Refund Policy

This policy applies to students that voluntarily withdraw or have been terminated by the institution. The official date of termination is the last day in attendance. This policy also applies to students that voluntarily cancel the signed enrollment agreement in writing within three (3) working days, regardless of whether the student has actually started training.

  • All monies will be fully refunded if the application is not accepted.
  • All monies will be refunded if the student cancels within three (3) business days after signing the enrollment agreement and making initial payment.
  • Cancellation after the third (3rd) business day, but before the first class, will result in a refund of all monies paid, with the exception of the $150 registration fee.
  • Cancellation of classes or programs by the institution before or after attendance has begun will result in a 100% refund.
  • Refunds will not be granted for books, materials, or supplies/kits.
  • Students will be obligated for all charges for the period of financial obligation they are currently attending plus any prior account balance.
  • Students who have withdrawn and wish to re-enter will be charged a $100 re-entry fee.
  • Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of determination or receipt of a Cancellation Notice.
  • The students' rights under this agreement may not be assigned to any other person.

Refund Calculation

Refunds are computed on the number of scheduled hours the student has completed of the total program hours:

  • 0.01% to 40% completed: Pro Rata Refund
  • 40% and over: 100% owed to the school
